🚀 Innovation meets EMC expertise in Waldenburg

We were delighted to welcome Dr. Alexander U. Kayser from Novon Energy to our EMC laboratory at Würth Elektronik Group‘s headquarters in Waldenburg.📍

The visit focused on comprehensive hashtagEMC testing of Novon ’s innovative energy storage solutions🔋. This included both radiated and conducted emission measurements as well as detailed analyses of potential interference sources🎯. Using our fully anechoic chamber and measurement equipment, we can detect even the smallest electromagnetic emissions and identify optimization opportunities at an early stage of product development.

A particular highlight 💡was gaining deeper insights into Novon ’s technology. With its modular hashtagPowerBox concept, Novon is developing energy storage systems manufactured in Germany that combine replaceable batteries, integrated connectivity, and a GDPR-compliant app ecosystem🤳. The systems can be charged via photovoltaic systems, standard AC power, or 12 V vehicle connections, enabling reliable and sustainable energy supply🔌⚡️ for mobile and off-grid applications. Their innovative approach combines modularity, serviceability, digital integration, and regional manufacturing to create a future-oriented energy solution.🚀

The exchange once again demonstrated the importance of close collaboration between innovative product developers 🔨🪛and EMC specialists 🧠 to ensure that high-performance technologies also meet demanding electromagnetic compatibility requirements. 📝

We look forward to your next milestones 🤝
