JOB TITLE: Commercial Support Administrator – RF & Specialist Cameras

ABOUT THE ROLE

A BRIEF SUMMARY

This position is a full-time on-site role at GM UK High Wycombe or Dartford base. Working within the UK Sales and Commercial Team, the main requirements of the role are sales and commercial support for bids and related commercial activities with specific focus on RF & Specialist Cameras.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Maintaining a positive attitude while answering new client leads and addressing customers or sales team requirements.
  • Working with the sales team in setting up and processing Client Quotes, collating external costs and reporting margins across all genres of work including Specialist Camera/RF provision and OB / Flypack projects.
  • Gaining experience and understanding of Group specialist / OB services and interacting with partner and supplier services for the purposes of commercial bids and activities.
  • Assist the Sales Team with overall project timelines, set reminders and share any lead generating ideas and feel empowered to speak in Sales meetings.
  • Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments specifically finance, production, resources and engineering delivery to help where necessary.
  • Work with the Sales team for bid updating and creation of responses to clients and internal / external documentation and presentations.
  • Keep all required sales and commercial documentation both internal and external accurate, up to date and filed correctly within the appropriate sales folders / software applications.
  • Provide all necessary sales and commercial data to senior management upon request and coordinate meetings between departments as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team by creating and issuing sales tracking documentation upon request.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE

· RF and/or Specialist Camera experience

· Strong Excel skills are a must have

· Positive attitude to grow RF & Specialist department within group

· Outside Broadcast / Technical Facilities experience

· Sales and Budgeting processes

· Strong MS Package including Teams & PowerPoint skills

· Strong oral and written communications skills

· Strong eye for detail and accuracy

· Strong creative, strategic and organisational skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and to prioritise effectively
