This hands-on role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and teamwork to ensure high-quality results and continuous improvement in laboratory processes.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>Responsibilities<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform EMC tests based on pre-defined plans and generate detailed reports.<\/li>\n<li>Develop test plans and procedures tailored to product requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with international EMC standards and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Calibrate and maintain EMC testing equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support to customers and collaborate with team members.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and propose improvements to lab processes.<\/li>\n<li>Support the lab\u2019s ISO17025 quality management system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>Skills and Qualifications<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Engineering knowledge in mechanics, physics, or electronics (A-level\/HNC or higher).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with EMC equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with standards like EN55032, EN61000-4-x, and EMC directives.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with UKAS-accredited labs or programming (Python) is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Training and Development<\/div>\n<div>\nWe provide in-house training, external courses (if needed), and opportunities to mentor junior staff.
