Commissioning Manager &#8211; Hybrid (London)<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>Location: Paddington, London (3 days\/week in office)<\/p>\n<p>\u23f3 Duration: 6 months (through to June 2026)<\/p>\n<p>START DATE: ASAP<\/p>\n<p>Contract: Inside IR35<\/p>\n<p>Rate: Very Competetive<\/p>\n<p>Reports to: COO<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re seeking a commercially driven Project Delivery professional to step into the role of Interim Testing &amp; Commissioning Manager, leading all testing and commissioning activities across Boldyn UK&amp;I, with a key focus on the TFL Programme.<\/p>\n<p>This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who thrives on managing complex programmes, balancing commercial outcomes with technical excellence, and navigating multi-stakeholder environments.<\/p>\n<p>Key Requirements<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven project delivery and commercial management experience within large-scale telecoms or infrastructure programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Background working with one or more UK Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) is essential.<\/li>\n<li>Strong ability to manage partners, suppliers, and customers to deliver high-quality, safe, and compliant outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Confident in driving performance, reporting, and financial delivery targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead all testing and commissioning planning and execution across multiple projects.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Operations and Programme teams to align testing with business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee pre- and post-integration testing for MNOs, CMS, and ESN builds.<\/li>\n<li>Champion continuous improvement, team engagement, and best practices across the Delivery function.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The Challenge<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll be operating in a technically demanding, fast-paced, and high-visibility environment &#8211;
