You will be supported by your manager and team, as well as collaborating with other departments across the business.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical Engineering Activities You Will Be Responsible For Include <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_6fb0cc2d _6dc90a5e\">\n<li>Regular meetings to review projects progress, set priorities, and address challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct design reviews to ensure RF systems meet performance standards and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with baseband, software, and audio teams to integrate RF solutions into broader projects.<\/li>\n<li>Assist mentors providing guidance and support on technical issues.<\/li>\n<li>Engage in project management activities, such as updating project timelines, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_5a175a48 ded79045 e5888570 _1d3595cd _57b2a7a4 f09b4f45 _77d88dda b53b5aef af721ea3\"><span class=\"_468cc1ed _2a4aed42\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>What you need to succeed <\/strong><strong>Qualifications <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_6fb0cc2d _6dc90a5e\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in RF design and development, preferably in the telecommunications or critical communications industry.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of RF systems and technologies, including design, simulation, and testing.<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership experience, managing and mentoring engineering teams.<\/li>\n<li>Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_5a175a48 ded79045 e5888570 _1d3595cd _57b2a7a4 f09b4f45 _77d88dda b53b5aef af721ea3\"><span class=\"_468cc1ed _2a4aed42\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\">Experience and Skills<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_6fb0cc2d _6dc90a5e\">\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in at least 3 (three) of the following items:\n<ul class=\"_6fb0cc2d _6dc90a5e\">\n<li>RF Tx\/Rx Architectures<\/li>\n<li>RF Receivers<\/li>\n<li>RF Transmitters<\/li>\n<li>RF Power Amplifiers<\/li>\n<li>EMC\/EMI<\/li>\n<li>Frequency Generators<\/li>\n<li>Antenna design<\/li>\n<li>Broadband communications<\/li>\n<li>LTE\/4G\/5G<\/li>\n<li>Simulation tools and modelling such as ADS and\/or CST<\/li>\n<li>Testing procedures, protocols and facilities such as anechoic chambers and screening rooms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_5a175a48 ded79045 e5888570 _1d3595cd _57b2a7a4 f09b4f45 _77d88dda b53b5aef af721ea3\"><span class=\"_468cc1ed _2a4aed42\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"> Proficiency in at least 2 (three) of the following technologies:<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_6fb0cc2d _6dc90a5e\">\n<li>TETRA &#8211;
