You will be joining a growing and rapidly evolving area within MBDA with the opportunity to be work on new and innovative products!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong>: Circa \u00a350,000 depending on experience<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dynamic (hybrid) working<\/strong>: On average 3 days per week onsite due to workload classification<\/p>\n<p><strong>Security Clearance<\/strong>: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship.<\/p>\n<p>Restrictions and\/or limitations relating to nationality and\/or rights to work may apply. This requires a range of skills including; system design engineering, supplier management and technical expertise.<\/p>\n<p>Currently we are looking for System Design Engineers, Payload Equipment Requirement Authorities (engineers responsible for managing the specification, procurement, delivery and integration of hardware into missiles) and Technical Experts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are we looking for? <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ab5b415e _43ba480a\">\n<li>Knowledge and experience of RF Electronic Support and Attack Systems, including platform integration and through-life support<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical understanding of RF and electronic systems, algorithm design and implementation<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and understanding of Integrated Air Defence Systems<\/li>\n<li>Experience in supplier management (typically undertaken with the support of a Procurement Lead)<\/li>\n<li>System design engineering skills including: requirements elicitation, decomposition and management; system design, integration and test; system verification and validation<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in SysML, DOORS and\/or Rhapsody<\/li>\n<li>Experience in development and use of RF performance models<\/li>\n<li>Experience of overseeing the transition of development hardware into production, including environmental testing, qualification testing and design certification<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must hold, or be willing to apply for, DV clearance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"f44a3832 _5dd8419e _5a1db1b3 _90ce17e2 _010ec096 _5331e2e8 fc34027e _53f57f34 _88a2d101\"><span class=\"b98df014 f194b381\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>Our company: Peace is not a given, Freedom is not a given, Sovereignty is not a given <\/strong>MBDA is a leading defence organisation.
