Our antennas enable reliable, high-performance wireless links for wearables, medical devices, and next-generation IoT products operating in and around the human body.<\/p>\n<p>We are expanding our engineering team and looking for an Antenna Engineer to contribute to the design, optimisation, and integration of our core technologies into customer products.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As an Antenna Engineer, you\u2019ll play a hands-on role in designing and refining antennas for body-centric wireless systems. You\u2019ll help advance our R&amp;D, improve manufacturing and test processes, and work closely with customers to integrate AntennaWare solutions into their devices.<\/p>\n<p>This role suits an engineer with a solid foundation in electromagnetics and RF engineering who\u2019s eager to apply their expertise in a cutting-edge, product-focused environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_6a1c4684 _685f74d5\">\n<li>Design, simulate, and optimise our core BodyWave and other portfolio antenna designs using CST Microwave Studio.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and refine antenna manufacturing and assembly processes to improve yield and repeatability.<\/li>\n<li>Design and test RF front ends including matching networks, filters, LNAs, etc to support antenna performance.<\/li>\n<li>Perform antenna characterisation and validation using VNAs, anechoic chambers, and other RF test equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Support customer product integration, including testing, prototyping, troubleshooting and performance tuning.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with R&amp;D, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to deliver robust antenna solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Document designs, test results, and support internal IP and patent development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_6a1c4684 _685f74d5\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree (2:1 or above) in Electrical\/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Right to work in the UK<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree or PhD in a relevant area (preferred).<\/li>\n<li>3\u20137 years experience in antenna or RF engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of antenna theory, propagation, and EM simulation.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with CST Microwave Studio or other for antenna design and simulation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with RF testing equipment (VNA, spectrum analyser, signal generator, etc).<\/li>\n<li>Practical skills in antenna prototyping and fabrication (PCB, flex, LDS or ceramic).<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_6a1c4684 _685f74d5\">\n<li>Experience in wearable or implantable antenna design.<\/li>\n<li>Hands on experience using a range of wireless SoC.<\/li>\n<li>Experience designing and implementing UWB wireless systems.<\/li>\n<li>Embedded programming experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience implementing localisation technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Design For Manufacture (DFM) principles.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Python or MATLAB for simulation post-processing or
