You&#8217;ll carry out EMC and environmental testing for Paxton and external customer products in our ISO17025 accredited test facility. This is a hands-on role in a collaborative environment, perfect for someone passionate about electronics and compliance testing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_4a014dca c9c642fa\">\n<li>Perform EMC and environmental testing on Paxton and external customer products to defined standards.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and calibrate lab equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability.<\/li>\n<li>Manage daily, weekly, and monthly internal calibration tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Organise and maintain compliance documentation for products.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the first point of contact for compliance queries, managing the inbox and supporting internal and external teams.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to continuous improvement within the test facility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What Are We Looking For?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_4a014dca c9c642fa\">\n<li>Hands on experience in electronics testing or a strong background in electronics is essential.<\/li>\n<li>Previous exposure to EMC testing in a laboratory or compliance environment would be advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant qualification in electronics or a related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing and documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The right attitude is more important to us than your skills or experience.
