Based in Wappenham, Northamptonshire, ECS is known for advanced RF data links, counter-drone solutions, and secure communications systems used in demanding, mission-critical environments.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for an RF Design Engineer to join a small, skilled team of five covering embedded, product, mechanical, and RF disciplines. You\u2019ll be involved in both New Product Introduction (NPI) and Sustaining Engineering across ECS\u2019s specialist products. This role suits someone with some RF design experience who is eager to grow, develop, and take ownership of their work. A military background isn\u2019t required, but commercial RF or related experience is a bonus. The position focuses on general RF circuit design with the chance to explore advanced technology such as converters, power supplies, and non-linear design and simulations.<\/p>\n<p>This is a full-time, permanent role offered on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of three days a week in the office.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_2ef14aff _489d61c0\">\n<li><strong>RF Circuit Design:<\/strong> Contribute to system architecture, RF simulation, schematic capture, and PCB layout.
