It\u2019s not just the excellent benefits package, or the opportunities for personal growth, it\u2019s also the caring and committed culture of the organisation that makes everyone feel like they can bring their authentic self to work and be truly part of our team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Basic Function <\/strong>The Analyst, Regulatory Compliance will work within Commercial\u2019s Global Renewables Origination &amp; Trading group with responsibility for ensuring compliance with international environmental laws, regulations and monetary implications affecting renewable fuels, feedstocks, or credits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primary Accountabilities\/Responsibilities <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_477fc526 b7fbf540\">\n<li>Support the U.K. Renewable Transport Fuel Obligation (RTFO) program<\/li>\n<li>Manage and track obligations generated through P66 commercial activity under the Renewable Energy Directive (RED II) and individual European Member State programs<\/li>\n<li>Manage International Sustainability &amp; Carbon Certification (ISCC) requirements<\/li>\n<li>Manage sustainability mass balancing and chain of custody documentation<\/li>\n<li>Support the company\u2019s global renewables initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Prepare for and lead sustainability audits<\/li>\n<li>Work with other internal stakeholders including Marketing, Refining, Regulatory, Tax, Customs, Legal, Finance &amp; VCS&amp;O to align on P66 renewables initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Anticipate new commercial opportunities related to existing and announced renewables programs<\/li>\n<li>Represent P66 externally with counterparties and renewables-related industry associations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_2da229d8 _5cc1ed84 _3c8635b4 b537fe1d a90e6a91 _9a8a0497 febc4ac2 acd09c55 f54c229b\"><span class=\"_7f2cd3ef f8b5357f\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>Required <\/strong><strong>Critical Skills\/Leadership Criteria <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_477fc526 b7fbf540\">\n<li>Hold the legal right to live and work in the UK on a permanent basis without restrictions, or the role you are applying for meets the relevant criteria for employer sponsorship.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of UK\/EU biofuels directives (RTFO\/RED)<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience with European renewable fuels and feedstocks regulatory programs<\/li>\n<li>Experience as collaborative team player with ability to work constructively within a very close and often demanding team-working environment, and interact well with other parts of the group<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter with desire to grow a business and develop their own role within it<\/li>\n<li>Seeks continuous development and improvement of processes and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Relevant industry experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and accuracy of documentation<\/li>\n<li>Project origination and development experience<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with commodity trading<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_2da229d8 _5cc1ed84 _3c8635b4 b537fe1d a90e6a91 _9a8a0497 febc4ac2 acd09c55 f54c229b\"><span class=\"_7f2cd3ef f8b5357f\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>Preferred <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_477fc526 b7fbf540\">\n<li>Governmental regulatory program knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Direct experience with environmental, legal, and regulatory programs<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of economic value of renewable fuels in supply chain<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of UK\/EU biofuels directives (RTFO\/RED)<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience with marketing\/trading\/refinery\/blending<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate in multiple languages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_2da229d8 _5cc1ed84 _3c8635b4 b537fe1d a90e6a91 _9a8a0497 febc4ac2 acd09c55 f54c229b\"><span class=\"_7f2cd3ef f8b5357f\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>We are on an exciting journey, are you ready to join us? <\/strong>Phillips 66 has more than 140 years of experience in providing the energy that enables people to dream bigger and go farther, faster.
