Proper documentation and attention to detail are critical, as is an understanding of both simple and complex RF measurements. This role requires a proactive approach to ensuring test setups and measurements are robust, reliable, and well-documented, contributing directly to our goal of delivering high-quality RF modules.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_477fc526 b7fbf540\">\n<li>Conduct RF measurements and evaluate product performance.<\/li>\n<li>Set up and develop measurement systems for the characterization of RF products.<\/li>\n<li>Provide timely and accurate feedback to development engineers to ensure design correlates closely with hardware.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain detailed and precise documentation of measurement results and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define measurement requirements and strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Develop scripts or automation processes for test systems to ensure repeatability and efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with RF test standards and perform equipment calibration.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in design reviews and provide insights based on measurement outcomes.
