You\u2019ll receive a salary of \u00a325,000, with coaching and support from a dedicated team to help you achieve both your placement objectives and personal development goals.<\/p>\n<p>Successful completion of an Industrial Placement with Leonardo may also lead to an offer on our Graduate Development Programme.<\/p>\n<p>During your placement, we encourage you to spend at least three days each week on site to integrate with your team and maximise your learning experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you\u2019ll do as an Antenna Engineering Industrial Placement Student <\/strong>You\u2019ll work alongside expert engineers to design, simulate, and test antenna systems for electronic warfare applications. This is a unique opportunity to build practical skills and contribute to meaningful projects.<\/p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_929d5ab1 fb2d64d9\">\n<li>Designing and simulating antennas using advanced 3D electromagnetic (EM) modelling tools<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet performance and environmental requirements<\/li>\n<li>Testing antenna designs in anechoic chambers and labs to ensure reliability in harsh conditions<\/li>\n<li>Supporting integration of antennas into wider system architectures<\/li>\n<li>Documenting and presenting technical findings to internal stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"d0cf87d0 _67499df2 _6a30f646 _73ef6a21 _3ba287d8 _53137192 b67a252c _022e7d57 _03f4bbb8\"><span class=\"_37287693 fee5573b\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>What You\u2019ll Bring <\/strong>We\u2019re looking for students who are curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
