This is a senior hands-on role for an expert in RF circuit design, particularly in mm Wave technology (10- 30GHz) to lead the architecture, design and integration of advanced RF systems.<\/p>\n<p>At All.Space, you&#8217;ll work with some of the brightest minds in the industry to push the boundaries of what&#8217;s possible in satellite communications. If you&#8217;re ready to lead at the cutting edge of RF engineering and contribute to projects that have global impact, we want to hear from you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"c7e6d2b7 e7047a78\">\n<li>RF Subsystem Design: Design RF front-end modules (LNAs, PAs, filters, mixers, frequency converters) across Ku and Ka for ground terminal applications.<\/li>\n<li>System Analysis: Perform System analysis, propagation modelling, Embedded RF component designs and RF performance simulations using System Vue, ADS, and MATLAB.<\/li>\n<li>Prototyping &amp; Testing: Develop RF circuit designs including schematic designs and conduct RF performance validation using VNAs, spectrum analysers, signal generators, and satellite modems.<\/li>\n<li>EM Simulation: Perform RF System simulations using tools like System Vue, Keysight ADS and HFSS<\/li>\n<li>Simulation &amp; Measurement Analysis: Analyse simulation results and experimental data using MATLAB, Python, or other similar tools.<\/li>\n<li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support integration with digital modems, Antenna systems, and mechanical enclosures for terminal-level performance optimisation.<\/li>\n<li>Documentation &amp; Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations on designs, simulations, measurements, and performance.<\/li>\n<li>Productisation: Work closely with hardware, mechanical and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are optimised for manufacturability, cost, and reliability.<\/li>\n<li>Compliance &amp;
