From low\u2011noise amplifiers to complete RF systems operating from 500 MHz up to 40 GHz, we deliver technology that solves some of the toughest engineering challenges.<\/p>\n<p>This is your chance to work on <em>true<\/em> next\u2011generation RF solutions \u2014 shaping our technology roadmap and influencing future products.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Be involved in:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a Senior RF Design Engineer, you\u2019ll play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of custom RF components and systems, taking concepts all the way through to production.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll work on a wide variety of designs, which may include:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"_739cbaae _3b9cad4b\">\n<li>RF &amp; Microwave Systems<\/li>\n<li>Converters<\/li>\n<li>Transceivers<\/li>\n<li>Frequency Measurement Systems<\/li>\n<li>VCOs &amp; Synthesizers<\/li>\n<li>Detector Log Video Amplifiers<\/li>\n<li>Limiters &amp; Switches<\/li>\n<li>Low Noise Amplifiers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You\u2019ll also:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"_739cbaae _3b9cad4b\">\n<li>Provide technical input across multidisciplinary project teams<\/li>\n<li>Support Sales &amp; Marketing with customer meetings and technical discussions<\/li>\n<li>Plan and define product development projects from concept to completion<\/li>\n<li>Ensure engineering requirements are fully captured and translated into tasks<\/li>\n<li>Drive adherence to cost, performance, and delivery requirements<\/li>\n<li>Maintain full visibility of design integrity through structured reviews<\/li>\n<li>Champion new ideas, innovation, and technical collaboration across the business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we&#8217;re looking for in you<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for someone who can demonstrate:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"_739cbaae _3b9cad4b\">\n<li>Strong expertise across RF &amp; Microwave Design, ideally up to 40 GHz<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing complex RF components, sub\u2011systems, or systems in Defence, Aerospace, or Communications<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with 3D EM simulation tools (CST, HFSS)<\/li>\n<li>Experience using microwave design tools such as AWR or ADS<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of mechanical considerations for engineering and production transfer<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of engineering best practices and processes<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills \u2014 able to articulate risks, tasks, and technical considerations clearly<\/li>\n<li>A collaborative, team\u2011focused mindset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About Us<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Teledyne Microwave UK provides leading-edge RF &amp; Microwave technology to markets that demand extreme reliability and performance.
