This role emphasizes the<\/p>\n<p>development of EMC CAE methods and processes to ensure optimal performance and<\/p>\n<p>compliance with EMC standards throughout the design and development phases.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Simulation and Analysis:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Develop and implement advanced EMC simulation models using<\/p>\n<p>industry-standard software tools.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Perform comprehensive EMC simulations to identify potential issues<\/p>\n<p>early in the product development cycle.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Analyse simulation results to provide actionable insights and<\/p>\n<p>recommendations for design improvements.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Proactive Design Integration:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Collaborate closely with design engineers to integrate EMC<\/p>\n<p>considerations into the initial design stages.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Develop and refine simulation methods and processes to predict and<\/p>\n<p>mitigate EMC issues before physical prototypes are created.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Provide technical guidance on EMC best practices and design strategies<\/p>\n<p>to ensure compliance with standards.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Continuous Improvement and Innovation:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Stay updated with the latest EMC technologies, tools, and methodologies<\/p>\n<p>to enhance simulation accuracy and efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to refine EMC<\/p>\n<p>simulation processes and tools.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Innovate new approaches to EMC simulation that can be integrated into<\/p>\n<p>the product development workflow.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Testing and Validation:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Support EMC testing activities by validating simulation results through<\/p>\n<p>experimental testing and measurements.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ensure that simulation models accurately predict real-world EMC<\/p>\n<p>performance.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Assist in the development of EMC test plans and procedures based on<\/p>\n<p>simulation findings.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Documentation and Reporting:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation of simulation<\/p>\n<p>results, methodologies, and findings.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Maintain records of EMC design changes and their impact on system<\/p>\n<p>performance.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and<\/p>\n<p>management effectively and contribute to the CAE community body of<\/p>\n<p>knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Education:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experience:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in EMC simulation and analysis,<\/p>\n<p>preferably in propulsion systems or automotive industry.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Expert in using EMC simulation software, specifically CST.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Skills:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Strong understanding of EMC principles and standards (e.g., CISPR, IEC,<\/p>\n<p>ISO).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Demonstrably a team player with a desire to collaborate with others.<\/p>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experience with Dassault System CST Microwave Studio, Design Studio, PCB<\/p>\n<p>Studio.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experience with propulsion system design and development.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Familiarity with automotive EMC testing procedures and equipment.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Knowledge of signal integrity and power integrity analysis.<\/p>\n<p>Working Conditions:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Primarily office and occasionally laboratory
