Proper documentation and attention to detail are critical, as is an understanding of both simple and complex RF measurements. This role requires a proactive approach to ensuring test setups and measurements are robust, reliable, and well-documented, contributing directly to our goal of delivering high-quality RF modules.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ce42b996 _80544c7b\">\n<li>Conduct RF measurements and evaluate product performance.<\/li>\n<li>Execute 3GPP-aligned RF measurements (LTE and\/or NR), assessing transmitter and receiver performance.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain robust, repeatable RF test setups for the characterization of RF products.<\/li>\n<li>Provide feedback to design and systems teams to support integration, optimization, and trade-off decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and precise documentation of measurement results and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define measurement requirements and strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Develop scripts and automation processes for test systems to ensure repeatability and efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure testing follows relevant RF standards and best practices, with clear documentation and calibrated equipment<\/li>\n<li>Participate in design reviews and provide insights based on measurement outcomes.
