This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in Automotive, Mobile, Industrial, IoT, and Consumer applications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"f3e42a7e b03c18e6\">\n<li>Create and develop high-quality Analog\/RF systems and sub-systems using industry best practices for design, verification, and testing<\/li>\n<li>Write verification plans and develop automated test benches<\/li>\n<li>Create, document, and verify behavioral models of analog and analog-mixed-signal blocks (e.g., VerilogA\/AMS, SystemVerilog-RNM, Wreal) to ensure they are optimized and up-to-date<\/li>\n<li>Design and verify Analog\/RF blocks and sub-blocks (e.g., Transmitter, PA, LNA, Filters, ADC, etc) to at least 20GHz using industry-standard tools and design flows<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with IC Layout Design Engineers to optimize design and layout<\/li>\n<li>Ensure designs follow industry best practices, including Design-For-Test (DFT), isolation, and power optimization<\/li>\n<li>Host design and verification reviews<\/li>\n<li>Support lab evaluation, characterization, and testing<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with mixed signal, digital\/systems, software, applications, and test teams to ensure products meet specifications on time and within budget<\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous productivity improvements through enhanced work methodologies, efficient tool use, and thorough documentation<\/li>\n<li>Mentor and guide employees and interns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_96eb4be5 b7446824 _3ea16f8d _1f0ecc2c _2e1e8f3f _0d43a13a _4d606890 c8d965bd df663914 a200d396 _9b271e0c\"><span class=\"_4beabf85 _3872faa8\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>Required Qualifications <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"f3e42a7e b03c18e6\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field<\/li>\n<li>12+ years of Analog\/RF design experience (or an advanced degree with equivalent experience)<\/li>\n<li>Experience working on circuit design of Transceivers<\/li>\n<li>Excellent working knowledge of the Cadence Virtuoso design environment<\/li>\n<li>Detailed design experience with analog\/mixed-signal circuits on advanced CMOS nodes<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate strong teamwork and interpersonal skills while being able to work independently on complex tasks<\/li>\n<li>Clear and concise communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_96eb4be5 b7446824 _3ea16f8d _1f0ecc2c _2e1e8f3f _0d43a13a _4d606890 c8d965bd df663914 a200d396 _9b271e0c\"><span class=\"_4beabf85 _3872faa8\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"f3e42a7e b03c18e6\">\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Experience with high-frequency RF designs<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in getting chip designs to product release<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of EM field solvers such as Momentum, EMX, HFSS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_96eb4be5 b7446824 _3ea16f8d _1f0ecc2c _2e1e8f3f _0d43a13a _4d606890 c8d965bd df663914 a200d396 _9b271e0c\"><span class=\"_4beabf85 _3872faa8\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\">MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT QORVO<\/p>\n<p>We are Qorvo.
