As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we can offer you: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_4f01725a _15d3fc66\">\n<li>Company bonus: Up to \u00a32,500 (based on company performance and will vary year to year)<\/li>\n<li>Pension: maximum total (employer and employee) contribution of up to 14%<\/li>\n<li>Overtime: opportunity for paid overtime<\/li>\n<li>Flexi Leave: Up to 15 additional days<\/li>\n<li>Flexible working: We welcome applicants who are looking for flexible working arrangements<\/li>\n<li>Enhanced parental leave: offers up to 26 weeks for maternity, adoption and shared parental leave -enhancements are available for paternity leave, neonatal leave and fertility testing and treatments<\/li>\n<li>Facilities: Fantastic site facilities including subsidised meals, free car parking and much more\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Healthcare Cash Plan: The Healthcare Cash Plan benefit provides the option to claim cash back on everyday healthcare expenses such as optical, dental, health and wellbeing and more.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"d489e4ee ff7aed01 _1dd999e6 _75831f08 f699f646 _43118a4a _211c3703 _9ded863e _8145c8e8 _8cdcbb00 fb7d37ea\"><span class=\"debe9890 _72ce7e55\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>The opportunity: <\/strong>We have a fantastic opportunity to join a busy RF Design Team supporting the RF testing and development of some of the most cutting edge and exciting projects in the defence industry.<\/p>\n<p>Our team is looking for an RF Laboratory Technician to provide day to day support to the RF Designers across various tasks including testing, component level assembly and rework, mainly on development or prototype boards.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll use your experience of RF circuits and components covering a wide frequency range up to high GHz, as well as fault finding, rework, soldering and use of general laboratory equipment.<\/p>\n<p>Training and guidance will be provided for the right candidate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we&#8217;re looking for from you: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_4f01725a _15d3fc66\">\n<li>Familiar with RF Circuits and components across a wide range of frequencies<\/li>\n<li>Practical skills \u2013 soldering and rework at SMT component level \u2013 ideally qualified to IPC 610 but training can be provided, fault finding and RF component level assembly<\/li>\n<li>Use of RF Laboratory Test Equipment &#8211; Spectrum Analysers, VNA&#8217;s, Power meters<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform automated testing &#8211; MATLAB, Python &amp; LabView.<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter &#8211; well organised, motivated and shows initiative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"d489e4ee ff7aed01 _1dd999e6 _75831f08 f699f646 _43118a4a _211c3703 _9ded863e _8145c8e8 _8cdcbb00 fb7d37ea\"><span class=\"debe9890 _72ce7e55\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>Our company: Peace is not a given, Freedom is not a given, Sovereignty is not a given <\/strong>MBDA is a leading defence organisation.
