About the Role<\/b><\/h3>\n

Are you or someone you know an experienced Calibration Engineer (RF\/Electrical) looking for an exciting new opportunity?<\/p>\n

We are seeking highly motivated Calibration Engineers to join our teams, based in Yateley.<\/p>\n

Joining our team as a RF Calibration Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking various calibrations both ISO9001\/17025 accredited in accordance with Company Procedures, UKAS regulations, recognised specifications, etc. Calibrating measuring instrumentation to traceable and accredited standards.<\/p>\n


\nJob Opportunity<\/b><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Perform calibration of customer equipment using approved procedures and good Metrology practice.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure all certificates and records are completed accurately;<\/li>\n
  • Participate in UKAS and accreditation audits.<\/li>\n
  • Handling technical enquiries and liaising with clients where necessary.<\/li>\n
  • Produce, develop and audit automated and manual calibration procedures for use within the Laboratory for customer calibration.<\/li>\n
  • Develop measurement uncertainty budgets for customer calibrations.<\/li>\n
  • Provide technical support and mentoring to colleagues on request in line with capability.<\/li>\n
  • The ability to understand & interpret specifications\/technical drawings will be advantageous.<\/li>\n
  • Calibration of general-purpose RF equipment, including Sensors, Power Meters, Signal Generators, Counters, Network Analysers etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Essential Skills<\/b><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • \nHave previous experience as an RF Calibration Engineer.<\/li>\n
      • Inspection or calibration experience in the manufacturing, aerospace or automotive sector.<\/li>\n
      • Ideally technical qualification such as degree, HND or HNC.<\/li>\n
      • Good understanding of calibration practices and theories.<\/li>\n
      • Excellent knowledge of BS EN ISO\/IEC 17025:2017.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
