We have a number of exciting opportunities within Data Link Systems, working across the product lifecycle from research, the early concept phase, through full product design to production. These roles require a range of knowledge and experience from graduate to experienced engineers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong>: up to \u00a3<em>55,000<\/em> depending on experience<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dynamic (hybrid) working<\/strong>: can vary <em>between 2 to 5<\/em> days per week on-site due to workload classification<\/p>\n<p><strong>Security Clearance<\/strong>: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship<em>. <\/em>Restrictions and\/or limitations relating to nationality and\/or rights to work may apply. Our team has a presence at both our Bristol and Stevenage sites. We collaborate broadly across MBDA with multiple disciplines to create high performance weapons systems for our Armed Forces. We are currently recruiting for the following roles:<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_60b7eb85 cd3d38cb\">\n<li>RF Systems Technical Leads<\/li>\n<li>RF Systems Engineers<\/li>\n<li>Algorithm \/ Modelling Engineers<\/li>\n<li>Signal Processing Engineers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_885f3d1f _6d8ec3e6 _849f3eb3 _9208c154 d96bb891 b9d99cc7 _10611002 _35663b76 dc73b616 c0598fb9 f7af8f95\"><span class=\"_32f1038e _931795e3\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>What we&#8217;re looking for from you: <\/strong>We are interested in talking to RF systems engineers; Systems Engineering team leaders; experienced Systems Engineers with an interest in building their RF communications knowledge; Engineers from the RF domain with an interest in building their Systems Engineering skills; Engineers with modelling experience; Engineers with signal processing experience.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for <strong>some<\/strong> of the following skills:<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_60b7eb85 cd3d38cb\">\n<li>RF \/ Microwave systems knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Requirements management and systems design<\/li>\n<li>Managing external suppliers with procurement team support<\/li>\n<li>Technical leadership of junior engineers<\/li>\n<li>Experience participating in, or leading design reviews across the product lifecycle<\/li>\n<li>Experience of coordinating the transition of development hardware into production, including environmental testing, qualification testing and design certification<\/li>\n<li>System level functionality proving, Software \/ Firmware integration and proving<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with antenna systems<\/li>\n<li>System level RF modelling<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with real-time digital signal processing for high data bandwidth systems<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of waveform design and implementation<\/li>\n<li>Systems modelling and Autocode generation experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience research based on technical publications<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills with the ability to produce high quality written reports and presentations to internal and external customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_885f3d1f _6d8ec3e6 _849f3eb3 _9208c154 d96bb891 b9d99cc7 _10611002 _35663b76 dc73b616 c0598fb9 f7af8f95\"><span class=\"_32f1038e _931795e3\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>Our company: Peace is not a given, Freedom is not a given, Sovereignty is not a given <\/strong>MBDA is a leading defence organisation.
