You will be comfortable independently solve complex measurement challenges, guide test strategy, and contribute directly to delivering high-performance RF modules.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_60b7eb85 cd3d38cb\">\n<li>Lead RF characterisation and validation activities, conducting detailed measurements to evaluate and optimize product performance.<\/li>\n<li>Design, develop, and maintain robust and repeatable RF test setups for the characterization of RF modules and systems.<\/li>\n<li>Perform and analyse 3GPP-aligned RF measurements (LTE and\/or NR) to assess transmitter and receiver performance.<\/li>\n<li>Provide measurement-driven feedback to RF design and systems teams to ensure strong correlation between simulation, design expectations, and hardware performance.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to improve measurement efficiency, repeatability, and data integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Define and uphold RF measurement methodologies, lab best practices, and documentation standards.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot complex RF measurement setups and hardware issues, supporting development and design reviews with measurement insights<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the RF laboratory environment, including test infrastructure, equipment calibration, and measurement best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_885f3d1f _6d8ec3e6 _849f3eb3 _9208c154 d96bb891 b9d99cc7 _10611002 _35663b76 dc73b616 c0598fb9 f7af8f95\"><span class=\"_32f1038e _931795e3\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>Requirements <\/strong><strong>About you: <\/strong><strong>Education &amp; Experience <\/strong>You\u2019re excited by the opportunity to work with breakthrough technologies.
