The role is suited to an <strong>Electronic \/ Telecommunications Engineer<\/strong> with strong hands\u2011on laboratory skills and familiarity with RF instrumentation.<\/p>\n<p>In this role you will play a key role in:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"_13613d6a da470b38\">\n<li>Preparation and configuration of <strong>test facilities and test benches<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Calibration and verification<\/strong> of rf test equipment<\/li>\n<li>Execution of <strong>system\u2011level RF tests<\/strong>(functional, performance, etc),<\/li>\n<li>Creation and maintenance of test plans, test reports and non\u2011conformance documentation<\/li>\n<li>Performing <strong>first\u2011level quality inspection<\/strong>of test specimens<\/li>\n<li>Conducting <strong>initial fault isolation and troubleshooting<\/strong> at system and sub\u2011system level<\/li>\n<li>Logging, tracking, and supporting closure of defects in collaboration with systems and design team<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring testing activities comply with <strong>project schedules<\/strong>, quality standards, and safety requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The engineer <strong>must be proficient and hands\u2011on<\/strong> with the following tools:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"_13613d6a da470b38\">\n<li><strong>RF test instruments<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>RF signal generators \/ RF simulators<\/li>\n<li>Spectrum analysers<\/li>\n<li>Power meters<\/li>\n<li>Network analysers (VNA \u2013 basic to intermediate usage)<\/li>\n<li><strong>General electronic test equipment<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Oscilloscope<\/strong> (digital storage oscilloscope for signal integrity, timing, noise analysis)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Multimeter<\/strong> (voltage, current, continuity, resistance checks during integration and fault finding)<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of:<\/li>\n<li>Attenuators, couplers, splitters<\/li>\n<li>RF cabling, connectors, and grounding concepts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you&#8217;re excited about this role but don\u2019t meet every requirement, we stillencourage you to apply, your unique experience could be just what we need.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Make it real \u2013 what does it mean for you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_13613d6a da470b38\">\n<li>Well-being hub and different wellbeing initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Open access to digital learning platforms<\/li>\n<li>Active employee networks promoting diversity, equity and inclusion like OutFront, CapAbility or Women@Capgemin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Capgemini is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer (Level 2) under the UK Government\u2019s Disability Confident scheme.
