Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for a <\/strong><strong>Technical Expert \u2013 Antenna Systems <\/strong><strong>to be based at our customer\u2019s site in Bicester<\/strong><em>.<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Our Embedded Systems Solutions department (ESS) encompasses all activities outlined under the Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) process framework, including systems engineering, software engineering, coding, and all levels of functional testing. Beyond core development, ESS also integrates critical supporting processes such as project management, risk assessment, functional safety, and cybersecurity, ensuring compliance with ASPICE standards and delivering reliable, secure, and high-quality embedded systems &amp; solutions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>We are\u00a0seeking\u00a0a\u00a0Technical\u00a0Expert to own the <strong>vehicle-level antenna system architecture, performance, and validation<\/strong> for automotive platforms. This role\u00a0is responsible for\u00a0end-to-end antenna system definition and integration for <strong>GPS\/GNSS, DAB, FM\/AM, and Satellite Radio (SXM)<\/strong>, working closely with internal infotainment, telematics, EMC, and vehicle engineering teams, as well as managing Tier-1 suppliers. The position includes strong ownership of <strong>DFMEA and DVP&amp;R activities<\/strong> and close collaboration with <strong>radio tuner and antenna amplifier<\/strong>development teams to ensure robust, production-ready RF performance.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Area of Responsibility\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>System Ownership class=\"_13613d6a da470b38\">\n<li>Ensure\u00a0optimal\u00a0system performance in real-world vehicle environments, including mitigation of detuning, coupling, and style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"_13613d6a da470b38\">\n<li>Own and approve\u00a0DVP&amp;R \/ DVP\u00a0plans for antenna systems at\u00a0component, subsystem, and vehicle levels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"_13613d6a da470b38\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"_13613d6a da470b38\">\n<li>Review and approve validation results, ensuring
