<\/strong>We\u2019re looking for a Senior RF Engineer to join our Hardware Engineering team in Hampshire.<\/p>\n<p>This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys component-level RF design and wants to work across the full product lifecycle from concept through to production and in-service support.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You\u2019ll Be Responsible For <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"b3546ed4 bdf2b465\">\n<li>Designing RF systems and board-level hardware<\/li>\n<li>Developing solutions across transmitters, receivers, power amplifiers, filters, and SDR systems<\/li>\n<li>Producing schematics, PCB layouts, simulations, and test plans<\/li>\n<li>Supporting integration, validation, and manufacturing<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-performance products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_384a5d29 _7c35b94f _8bff2c26 _9367426d _352c13d8 _59a9c788 _9c9aefe4 _00e11fba _49e095fc a84ddc44 _13be9c2f\"><span class=\"_4e9465fc _36064fe8\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>Essential <\/strong><strong>What We\u2019re Looking For <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"b3546ed4 bdf2b465\">\n<li>Degree in Electronics or related discipline<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in discrete (component-level) RF design<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in RF design and analysis (board and system level)<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of RF fundamentals (e.g. impedance matching, filters, noise, linearity)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with RF simulation and EDA tools (e.g. AWR, PADS or similar)<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with lab equipment (network analysers, spectrum analysers, oscilloscopes)<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record delivering RF designs from concept to test<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_384a5d29 _7c35b94f
