We’re looking for an experienced Senior RF Engineer to take ownership of critical RF and microwave work packages, covering module development, antenna design, test, and production support for advanced engineering products.<\/p>\n

This is a hands\u2011on senior role for someone who enjoys technical leadership, deep RF problem\u2011solving, and working across the full product lifecycle – from requirements and design through to manufacture and in\u2011service support.<\/p>\n

What You’ll Be Doing<\/p>\n

Leading the development of RF modules and antenna systems, using internal teams and external partners<\/p>\n

Maintaining and improving existing RF and antenna designs, including obsolescence management<\/p>\n

Deriving, managing, and verifying RF and antenna requirements and specifications<\/p>\n

Providing RF and antenna expertise to Supply Chain, Quality, Suppliers, and Customers<\/p>\n

Supporting external RF\/antenna designs and maintaining production test solutions<\/p>\n

Supporting RF module manufacture, including trend analysis and root\u2011cause investigation<\/p>\n

Ensuring engineering procedures and quality standards are consistently applied<\/p>\n

Estimating, planning, and managing small technical work packages<\/p>\n

Producing and maintaining clear, accurate technical documentation<\/p>\n

What We’re Looking For<\/p>\n

Essential <\/strong>Strong experience in PCB design at microwave frequencies, including schematic manipulation and layout review<\/p>\n

In\u2011depth knowledge of RF components such as HPAs, LNAs, limiters, circulators, filters, mixers, and PLLs<\/p>\n

Experience with RF system design and cascade analysis<\/p>\n

Hands\u2011on use of RF test equipment (VNAs, spectrum analysers, etc.)<\/p>\n

Strong understanding of antenna theory, design, and test, including array, slotted, and printed antennas<\/p>\n

Design for testability and manufacturability, with experience supporting production (e.g. SMT environments) xlqdzyr<\/p>\n

Self\u2011motivated team player with strong written and verbal communication skills<\/p>\n

Nice to Have<\/p>\n

Familiarity with Altium for PCB design<\/p>\n

Experience using Altair RF and antenna simulation tools<\/p>\n

Background in radar or communications systems<\/p>\n

Knowledge of digital electronics or power supply design<\/p>\n

Experience With Requirements Management Or Systems Engineering <\/strong>Test automation using MATLAB or Python<\/p>\n

Understanding of EMC and regulatory compliance (FCC, ITU, ETSI)<\/p>\n
