This is a fantastic opportunity to join our <strong>Radio Team<\/strong> in Basingstoke and play a key role in delivering high-quality testing services that support our customers\u2019 products and innovation.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a <strong>Laboratory Technician<\/strong> to support the setup, execution, and evaluation of laboratory testing for a wide range of customer products. In this role, you will work closely with engineers and customers, helping to ensure accurate test execution, reliable data capture, and high-quality reporting. With a strong level of autonomy, you will contribute directly to technical excellence and continuous improvement within the lab.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_2e99433a _082f4705\">\n<li>Set up and perform laboratory testing.<\/li>\n<li>Build and modify test setups and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze test results and prepare reports.<\/li>\n<li>Work with engineers and interact with customers during testing.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain lab equipment and support calibration activities.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_946213aa _27bd3566 _9fd89c5c d7a1f895 b8aa1270 _89d85cc9 a5eeb16c b77377cf _886cde9f _45bde1b9 _9158f608\"><span class=\"abf4077d _86685eda\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>Qualifications <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_2e99433a _082f4705\">\n<li>Technical School diploma or Engineering degree (ideally electrical, electronics, or telecommunications).<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a technical or lab environment would be nice to have.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) testing or technologies would be nice to have.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read technical drawings and test standards.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and great communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Desire to work in a team-oriented, multicultural environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_946213aa _27bd3566 _9fd89c5c d7a1f895 b8aa1270 _89d85cc9 a5eeb16c b77377cf _886cde9f _45bde1b9 _9158f608\"><span class=\"abf4077d _86685eda\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>Total Rewards: <\/strong>We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career.
