Skills<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_44e8fd31 _05481107\">\n<li>Good 1st degree in engineering, maths or physics<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working with experts while maintaining ownership of the solution<\/li>\n<li>Confident delving into detail as required without being distracted from project objectives<\/li>\n<li>Good inter-personal skills &#8211; both written and oral communications; ability to interface with customers and technical representatives<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Matlab or Python for mathematical modelling<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of MS Word\/Excel\/Powerpoint, plus MS Project or similar planning tool<\/li>\n<li>Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well in teams but also individually<\/li>\n<li>Results orientated, can-do approach<\/li>\n<li>Pro-active and able to take initiative<\/li>\n<li>Decision making and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Highly organised with clear communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Able to demonstrate company mindsets;
