As a market-leading CoE for EMC &amp; Wireless testing, this is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring leader or experienced technical leader to oversee a high performing EMC lab team, responsible for EMC testing the latest electronic consumer technology.<\/p>\n<p>A pivotal role within the organisation, you will be responsible for the operational activities and efficiency of our Lab Technicians and Engineers. This includes operational efficiency (pricing, profitability, tasks) of the laboratory and day-to-day people management activities. At times, you may also serve as Project Lead and\/or Reviewer on customer test programs.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal person will possess the ability and desire to be a people leader, demonstrating core values of empathy, positivity, a change\/growth mindset and being a good role model to those around you. We also want someone who understands how to utilise data to drive operational efficiency and who understands commercials. Technical experience and knowledge of EMC would be highly desirable, but not essential. professional experience in related environments \/ industries<\/li>\n<li>You should possess a University Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or Physics from an accredited program<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates the qualities of a leader &#8211; empathy, positivity, a change\/growth mindset, being a good role model to those around you<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills at all levels<\/li>\n<li>Ability to bring a team together in harmony<\/li>\n<li>Strong preference for using data.
