This role bridges engineering and customer experience by troubleshooting complex hardware issues, validating RF performance, supporting product deployment, and ensuring customer success from design-in through production.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"d5f1be25 _6f44c9df edb9dae4\">\n<li>Customer Technical Support.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer inquiries related to RF, wireless, and hardware products.<\/li>\n<li>Diagnose and resolve RF performance issues, hardware malfunctions, signal integrity problems, and system-level integration challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Reproduce customer issues in the lab using RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, oscilloscopes, FPGA reference platforms, etc).<\/li>\n<li>Provide timely, accurate, and clear technical responses, including root-cause analysis and corrective action recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Field &amp; Integration Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"d5f1be25 _6f44c9df edb9dae4\">\n<li>Assist customers during product bring\u2011up, calibration, and RF system integration phases.<\/li>\n<li>Guide customers in driver development, RF tuning, layout best practices, and system performance optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Support FPGA-based configuration, debugging, and signal processing workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in on-site customer visits when required for complex debugging or deployment support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Product Expertise &amp; Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"d5f1be25 _6f44c9df edb9dae4\">\n<li>Work cross-functionally with R&amp;D, hardware design, RF engineering, and firmware\/FPGA teams to escalate issues and ensure customer feedback is incorporated into future releases.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a deep understanding of product architecture, RF signal chains, embedded systems, and FPGA controls.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to product validation, regression testing, and analysis of real\u2011world RF performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Documentation &amp; Training<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"d5f1be25 _6f44c9df edb9dae4\">\n<li>Create and maintain customer-facing resources: application notes, troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and reference designs.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical training sessions, webinars, and workshops for customers and internal teams.<\/li>\n<li>Document customer issues and enhancements in internal tracking systems and ensure follow\u2011through.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills &amp;
