This is a fantastic opportunity to join our <strong>Radio Team<\/strong> in Basingstoke and play a key role in delivering high-quality testing services that support our customers\u2019 products and innovation.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a <strong>Laboratory Technician<\/strong> to support the setup, execution, and evaluation of laboratory testing for a wide range of customer products. In this role, you will work closely with engineers and customers, helping to ensure accurate test execution, reliable data capture, and high-quality reporting. With a strong level of autonomy, you will contribute directly to technical excellence and continuous improvement within the lab.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"e219f9e8 aa8a625a _662f01e9\">\n<li>Set up and perform laboratory testing.<\/li>\n<li>Build and modify test setups and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze test results and prepare reports.<\/li>\n<li>Work with engineers and interact with customers during testing.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain lab equipment and support calibration activities.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_206505cb _03d0271d _250280be _7971c787 d7e1b2d4 fce709f8 c75f0c38 a516de55 _535d44b1 e3c7b86f _8aae51bd\"><span class=\"_44926d75 f5089735 _662f01e9\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"e219f9e8 aa8a625a _662f01e9\">\n<li>Technical School diploma or Engineering degree (ideally electrical, electronics, or telecommunications).<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a technical or lab environment would be nice to have.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) testing or technologies would be nice to have.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read technical drawings and test standards.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and great communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Desire to work in a team-oriented, multicultural environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_206505cb _03d0271d _250280be _7971c787 d7e1b2d4 fce709f8 c75f0c38 a516de55 _535d44b1 e3c7b86f _8aae51bd\"><span class=\"_44926d75 f5089735 _662f01e9\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>Total Rewards: <\/strong>We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career.
