The\u00a0RF Engineer\u00a0<\/b>plays a key role in the design, development, and delivery of high-performance RF and mmWave products and solutions. This role involves\u00a0advanced technical expertise<\/b>\u00a0in RF\/microwave engineering, hands-on design and test, problem-solving, and\u00a0close collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams<\/b>\u00a0to ensure successful project execution.<\/p>\n

The RF Engineer is responsible for\u00a0delivering robust RF designs<\/b>, supporting technology development, maintaining high engineering standards, and contributing to the company\u2019s product roadmap.<\/p>\n


\nRequirements<\/b>
\nTechnical:<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Lead the design, simulation, and development of RF and mmWave circuits, components, and subsystems<\/li>\n
  • Conduct RF system analysis, performance optimisation, and troubleshooting of complex designs<\/li>\n
  • Carry out RF measurements, characterisation, and validation of prototypes and production hardware<\/li>\n
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design reports, test plans, and results<\/li>\n
  • Ensure designs meet required specifications, standards, and customer requirements<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to technology and product roadmaps with innovative RF design solutions<\/li>\n
  • Support RFQs, proposals, and customer engagements with technical input where required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Project & Product Management:<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Work with project managers and engineering leads to deliver designs on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards<\/li>\n
    • Support the transition of designs from concept through prototyping into volume manufacturing<\/li>\n
    • Collaborate with process engineering and operations to ensure manufacturability and yield of RF products<\/li>\n
    • Assist in risk identification and mitigation during the design and development process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Collaboration & Communication:<\/b><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Work closely with electronics, mechanical, software, and systems engineers to deliver integrated solutions<\/li>\n
      • Provide technical expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders, including customers<\/li>\n
      • Present technical work and project updates to peers, management, and customers as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
