Your designs will not only meet exacting performance standards but also push the boundaries of what\u2019s possible in high-frequency systems. You\u2019ll guide projects from concept to production, ensuring that every circuit, simulation, and test delivers excellence<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_1a5401c6 _853c7f99 d1901be7\">\n<li>Lead the design and development of advanced RF circuits, subsystems, and modules for applications ranging from wireless communications to radar.<\/li>\n<li>Perform detailed simulations using ADS, HFSS, and SPICE to optimize performance, minimize losses, and ensure compliance with specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Translate designs into manufacturable layouts using Altium Designer, collaborating closely with PCB layout engineers to meet RF performance goals.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct rigorous bench testing, validation, and troubleshooting of prototypes, using state-of-the-art RF test equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Work cross-functionally with mechanical, digital, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of RF designs into complete systems.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor junior engineers, sharing best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"d89a6b59 _244754cd b9572076 _1505707b bb1ad77a _4a4bfb31 _251dfc87 _90d38c7f _6bd3c2e2 _00b8c247 _7dcd04b4\"><span class=\"_067b49b4 _57df2c34 dfaf4f38 d1901be7\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_1a5401c6 _853c7f99 d1901be7\">\n<li>Several years of hands-on experience in RF design, simulation, and testing.<\/li>\n<li>Detailed understanding of active circuitry, including latest ADC, DAC and clock circuitry from leading suppliers such as TI and ADI<\/li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of PCB design tools, e.g. Altium, for PCB layout and active RF board design<\/li>\n<li>Expert-level proficiency with Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS and SIwave simulation tools.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of delivering high-performance RF designs from concept through production.<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of RF principles, including impedance matching, filter design, and electromagnetic compatibility.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"d89a6b59 _244754cd b9572076 _1505707b bb1ad77a _4a4bfb31 _251dfc87 _90d38c7f _6bd3c2e2 _00b8c247 _7dcd04b4\"><span class=\"_067b49b4 _57df2c34 dfaf4f38 d1901be7\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>What Will Put You Ahead<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_1a5401c6 _853c7f99 d1901be7\">\n<li>Experience of AMD RFSoC or Altera FPGA devices and tools.<\/li>\n<li>Mil-Spec design practices and compliance (VPX, VNX+ etc)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"d89a6b59 _244754cd b9572076 _1505707b bb1ad77a _4a4bfb31 _251dfc87 _90d38c7f _6bd3c2e2 _00b8c247 _7dcd04b4\"><span class=\"_067b49b4 _57df2c34 dfaf4f38 d1901be7\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\">With your application you agree that your information will be recorded in our files (up to 6 months after finalizing the position) and if necessary, forwarded to affiliated companies.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that we are unable to consider applications from anyone who does not have a valid work permit to work in the UK.<\/p>\n<p><em>At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
