You will help define the future direction of our antenna capability while providing technical authority across complex RF, microwave.<\/p>\n<p>What you will be doing<\/p>\n<ul class=\"e3120df0 b2597d90 _1d6a4537\">\n<li>Acting as the senior technical authority for antenna and RF engineering<\/li>\n<li>Leading antenna design, development, optimisation and verification<\/li>\n<li>Providing expert direction across EM modelling, simulation, testing and qualification<\/li>\n<li>Leading design reviews, engineering governance and technical sign-off<\/li>\n<li>Owning complex customer technical queries and providing authoritative engineering guidance<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to technical strategy and business priorities as part of the Senior Leadership Team<\/li>\n<li>Mentoring and developing engineers and strengthening technical capability<\/li>\n<li>Driving continuous improvement across engineering processes and standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What we are looking for<\/p>\n<p>You will bring extensive professional experience in RF and antenna engineering, together with:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"e3120df0 b2597d90 _1d6a4537\">\n<li>Strong knowledge of electromagnetic theory and antenna design<\/li>\n<li>Experience taking products from concept through test, verification and production transfer<\/li>\n<li>Practical experience with CST Microwave Studio or equivalent EM simulation tools<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on antenna test and measurement experience, including VNAs and chamber-based measurements<\/li>\n<li>Experience of design authority, technical governance and\/or engineering sign-off<\/li>\n<li>The credibility to engage with customers, senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary engineering teams<\/li>\n<li>Experience mentoring and developing engineers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience within defence, aerospace, communications or another high-reliability environment would be advantageous.<\/p>\n<p>Considering relocating for the right opportunity?
