You will contribute to the design, analysis, integration, and testing of RF systems, supporting the development of high-performance solutions across complex platforms.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Templecombe<\/p>\n<p><strong>On-site Requirement:<\/strong> On Site<\/p>\n<p><strong>Seniority:<\/strong> 5+ Years Experience<\/p>\n<p><strong>Security Clearance:<\/strong> Candidates must be willing and eligible to obtain SC clearance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"m6fl8d m6fmfm m6fmwa\">\n<li>Design and develop RF circuits and subsystem architectures.<\/li>\n<li>Perform RF simulation, modelling, and performance analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Support test, integration, and verification activities.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct RF troubleshooting, fault finding, and performance optimisation.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain technical documentation and design artefacts.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with systems, electronics, and programme teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"m6fl8d m6fmfm m6fmwa\">\n<li>Experience developing RF systems within complex engineering programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of communication and RF architectures.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting RF testing and validation activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"m6fmff m6fmeh m6fmed m6fmet m6fmeu m6fmex m6fme2 m6ffq2 m6fmfd m6fmlp m6fmlt\"><span class=\"m6fmsj m6fa1h m6fjz7 m6fmwa\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"m6fl8d m6fmfm m6fmwa\">\n<li>Proven experience designing and developing RF circuits, including filters, LNAs, PAs, oscillators, and associated RF subsystems.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of RF simulation, modelling, and performance analysis using industry-standard engineering tools.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using tools such as ADS, Microwave Office, PSPICE, MATLAB, or equivalent RF development environments.<\/li>\n<li>Experience conducting RF testing, measurement, fault-finding, and debugging activities to support product development.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of communications, Satcom, antenna, or RF distribution systems within complex engineering platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Soft Skills &amp;
