This role involves <strong>advanced technical expertise<\/strong> in RF\/microwave engineering, hands-on design and test, problem-solving, and <strong>close collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams<\/strong> to ensure successful project execution.<\/p>\n<p>The Senior RF Engineer is responsible for <strong>delivering robust RF designs<\/strong>, supporting technology development, maintaining high engineering standards, and contributing to the company&#8217;s product roadmap.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical:<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ebulus ebul3l ebumi0\">\n<li>Lead the design, simulation, and development of RF and mmWave circuits, components, and subsystems<\/li>\n<li>Conduct RF system analysis, performance optimisation, and troubleshooting of complex designs<\/li>\n<li>Carry out RF measurements, characterisation, and validation of prototypes and production hardware<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design reports, test plans, and results<\/li>\n<li>Ensure designs meet required specifications, standards, and customer requirements<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to technology and product roadmaps with innovative RF design solutions<\/li>\n<li>Support RFQs, proposals, and customer engagements with technical input where required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ebul3e ebul04 ebul0s ebul14 ebul17 ebul2g ebul2v ebufc9 ebul3c ebul9q ebul9u\"><span class=\"ebumeo ebuam3 ebujme ebumi0\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>Project &amp; Product Management:<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ebulus ebul3l ebumi0\">\n<li>Work with project managers and engineering leads to deliver designs on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Support the transition of designs from concept through prototyping into volume manufacturing<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with process engineering and operations to ensure manufacturability and yield of RF products<\/li>\n<li>Assist in risk identification and mitigation during the design and development process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ebul3e ebul04 ebul0s ebul14 ebul17 ebul2g ebul2v ebufc9 ebul3c ebul9q ebul9u\"><span class=\"ebumeo ebuam3 ebujme ebumi0\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>Collaboration &amp; Communication:<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ebulus ebul3l ebumi0\">\n<li>Work closely with electronics, mechanical, software, and systems engineers to deliver integrated solutions<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders, including customers<\/li>\n<li>Present technical work and project updates to peers, management, and customers as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ebul3e ebul04 ebul0s ebul14 ebul17 ebul2g ebul2v ebufc9 ebul3c ebul9q ebul9u\"><span class=\"ebumeo ebuam3 ebujme ebumi0\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>Requirements<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><strong>About you:<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ebulus ebul3l ebumi0\">\n<li>Relevant degree or equivalent experience in RF, Microwave, Electronics or Communications Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Experience in RF\/mmW circuit or system design<\/li>\n<li>Experience using RF design tools such as Microwave Office, CST, EMPro or ADS would be beneficial<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of microwave circuit design, system line-up analysis, tolerance\/yield analysis and design for manufacture<\/li>\n<li>Experience of transceiver, amplifier, filter, module or subsystem design would be advantageous<\/li>\n<li>A practical approach to engineering, with good problem-solving and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to contribute to technical activities and work collaboratively with other engineers<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively across engineering, manufacturing and project teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ebul3e ebul04 ebul0s ebul14 ebul17 ebul2g ebul2v ebufc9 ebul3c ebul9q ebul9u\"><span class=\"ebumeo ebuam3 ebujme ebumi0\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>Benefits<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ebulus ebul3l ebumi0\">\n<li>Salary benchmarked at the top end of the market range to attract the strongest candidates<\/li>\n<li>37.5 hour working week<\/li>\n<li>25 days&#8217;
