You\u2019ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex EMC\/ESD\/EMI\/RFE challenges. We\u2019re seeking an individual who consistently seeks new knowledge, possesses self-starting qualities, and can work independently with remarkable success. Additionally, we value someone passionate about solving novel and challenging problems through innovative solutions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"b0ak2c b0ak8k b0alrp\">\n<li>Simplify complex CAD geometries from various sources and make them ready for integration into complete systems.<\/li>\n<li>Import board files from various flexes and seamlessly integrate them into a comprehensive system assembly.<\/li>\n<li>Perform system-level and module-level EMC\/ESD\/EMI\/RFE simulations.<\/li>\n<li>Perform complex hybrid EM\/Circuit simulations by integrating s-parameters with circuit models.<\/li>\n<li>Review and analyze electrical and mechanical designs, as well as designing and conducting experiments to validate simulation models.<\/li>\n<li>Apply AI and ML techniques to simulation workflows to facilitate early design explorations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"b0ak8d b0ak3r b0ak3b b0ak5j b0ak5z b0ak6r b0ak7r b0agdi b0ak8b b0ale8 b0alfc\"><span class=\"b0alnb b0alfk b0alfe b0alfd b0aa2q b0ak8c b0ahi2 b0ajrc b0alrp\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>Minimum Qualifications<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"b0ak2c b0ak8k b0alrp\">\n<li>An MSEE in an EMC or EM-related field<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience with EM simulation software such as CST, ANSYS, EMCoS, and\/or COMSOL.<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of EM physics in the areas of EMC, EMI, and\/or RFE.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"b0ak8d b0ak3r b0ak3b b0ak5j b0ak5z b0ak6r b0ak7r b0agdi b0ak8b b0ale8 b0alfc\"><span class=\"b0alnb b0alfk b0alfe b0alfd b0aa2q b0ak8c b0ahi2 b0ajrc b0alrp\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"b0ak2c b0ak8k b0alrp\">\n<li>PhD in EMC or EM related field<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of experience with EM simulation software such as CST, ANSYS, EMCoS, and\/or COMSOL.<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in EM related area such as EMC, antenna, RF, SI\/PI.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with integrating AI tools in simulation workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to navigate through ambiguity and break down complex problems into simplified and manageable parts<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of wireless power transfer systems and regulatory RF exposure standards<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communications skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be highly motivated and must have excellent organizational skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"b0ak8d b0ak3r b0ak3b b0ak5j b0ak5z b0ak6r b0ak7r b0agdi b0ak8b b0ale8 b0alfc\"><span class=\"b0alnb b0alfk b0alfe b0alfd b0aa2q b0ak8c b0ahi2 b0ajrc b0alrp\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-testid=\"expandable-text-box\">At Apple, we&#8217;re not all the same.
