The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in RF electronics design, enjoy problem-solving, and be an excellent communicator.<\/p>\n<p>Come and join Sepura Ltd at an exciting time of growth and progress your career within this innovative technology company, based in Waterbeach, Cambridge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Role<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><strong>Your Main Responsibilities Can Include<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical design and specification of RF circuitry for radio terminal products:\n<ul>\n<li>Complete subsystem design and implementation<\/li>\n<li>Integration with Baseband, Audio and MMI subsystems<\/li>\n<li>Component specification and sourcing<\/li>\n<li>Design test documentation<\/li>\n<li>Schematic creation and PCB layout supervision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Technical requirements analysis<\/li>\n<li>Resolutions of design and integration issues<\/li>\n<li>Type approval support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Day to Day<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>Our diverse customer base spans various industries and markets globally. You will receive support from your manager and team, and collaborate with different departments throughout the company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Technical Engineering Responsibilities Will Include<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Designing and developing RF systems at the component level.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting performance tests and optimizations to meet specified performance criteria.<\/li>\n<li>Leading integration and prototyping efforts to ensure seamless integration of sub-systems with larger systems or components.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with baseband, software, and audio teams to incorporate RF solutions into broader projects.<\/li>\n<li>Creating detailed technical documentation, including design reports, test plans, and performance assessments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This role may require some travel, so the successful candidate will need a full, clean driving license and their own car.
