The Role<\/p>\n

We\u2019re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented EMC Test Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you\u2019ll work with state-of-the-art equipment, test fascinating products, and play a key role in ensuring they meet the highest compliance standards.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll be involved in a variety of tasks, including:<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Conducting EMC tests using a wide range of specialised test equipment under the supervision of our experienced EMC Manager<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Performing tests to applicable standards and test plans, while accurately documenting procedures and results<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Setting up test equipment and following written specifications to ensure accurate and reliable testing<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Maintaining a strong understanding of test standards and equipment operation<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Engaging directly with customers during the testing process, assisting with troubleshooting and design improvement recommendations<\/p>\n

About You<\/p>\n

You\u2019re someone who enjoys understanding how things work \u2014 and testing their limits. You bring a methodical approach to technical challenges and thrive in a collaborative environment where no two projects are the same.<\/p>\n

To succeed in this role, you\u2019ll need:<\/p>\n

\u00b7 A background or strong interest in electronics or engineering<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Ideally, experience in Commercial, Automotive, or Military EMC testing or somebody with an interest in beginning a career where they can apply their knowledge of electromagnetic theory\/interactions in the real-world.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 A practical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients<\/p>\n
