We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and develop RF and microwave test solutions for various applications by providing technical pre-sale support in UK<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other engineers and departments to integrate RF\/uW solutions into larger systems.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention<\/li>\n<li>Training, solution and marketing activities delivery<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated with the latest advancements in RF and microwave technology.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.<\/li>\n<li>Be an integral part of the Keysight sales team, contributing to sales strategies and goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in electrical engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in RF and microwave engineering.<\/li>\n<li>5-8 years of experience as Solution Engineer or in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of RF\/uW principles and components.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.<\/li>\n<li>Practical experience with testing and measurement equipment (e.g., network analyzers, spectrum analyzers).
