Supported by ESA\u2019s Advanced Research in Telecommunications Systems (ARTES) Competitiveness &amp; Growth program, the agreement kickstarts a 2-year development track for a chamber fit for the needs of the aerospace industry. The activity includes the development of a functionality that enables spatial measurements of integrated antennas.<\/h5><h5>In the project, Antennex will design and construct a new, larger reverberation chamber. This increased volume will support the testing of larger devices such as satcom terminals and modules for satellites. This will also expand Antennex\u2019 capability for testing frequencies in the L- and S- bands, while maintaining its capacity to measure devices at Ku and Ka band.<\/h5><h5>\u201cThis agreement with ESA marks a significant milestone in the expansion of our product portfolio,\u201d said Anouk Hubrechsen, CEO of Antennex. \u201cBy introducing a larger testing chamber, we\u2019re positioned to better serve the aerospace sector\u2019s accelerating growth and demand for high-precision OTA RF measurement.\u201d<\/h5><h5>\u201cESA is committed to supporting emerging European enterprises as they solidify innovation and competitiveness in the space industry,\u201d said David Gomez Otero, Head of the Space Segment Section within ESA\u2019s Connectivity and Secure Communications. \u201cBy developing a larger reverberation chamber with spatial measurement functionality, we\u2019re enabling for the precise characterization of integrated antennas across multiple frequency bands.
