Anritsu Company, Inc. and Y.I.C. Technologies have signed a collaboration agreement to jointly promote EMC/EMI Pre-Compliance Measurement Products. These solutions are designed to help engineers in Taiwan achieve EMC certification more efficiently.

With a legacy of developing reliable and precise instruments for RF measurements in challenging environments, Anritsu now offers advanced EMC Pre-Compliance testing solutions, integrated with Y.I.C. Technologies’ market-leading scanning systems. Anritsu’s spectrum analyzers, featuring industry-leading sweep speeds and robust connectivity, complement Y.I.C.’s EMScanners and EMViewer application software to provide a fully integrated testing solution.

Anritsu’s comprehensive spectrum analyzer lineup — including handheld models like the Field Master MS2080A/MS2090A, the Site Master MS2089A, and benchtop models such as the MS2830A/MS2840A/MS2850A — enables efficient mapping of EMC radiation from mixed-technology PCBs. By using Y.I.C. Technologies’ EMScanner as a high-resolution near-field sensor, these devices produce detailed 3D EMC maps of all radiated signals. The graphical overlay of the PCB helps engineers pinpoint the sources of individual signals at the component level.
