The EMC Test Site, accredited testing laboratory No. 1103, Vojenský technický ústav, s. p., VTUPV Branch in Vyškov, offers testing of electromagnetic interference and immunity of equipment and parts of wheeled vehicles, as well as of complete wheeled vehicles to ECE Regulation No. 10. This Regulation establishes the EMC requirements for these vehicles. The objects tested include electronic control units, wiper and lock motors, vehicle lighting, payment terminals and others. These tests are performed for both civilian and military vehicles of almost all sizes, from mopeds to trucks or buses.

For measurements, the test site is equipped by semi-anechoic chamber with dimensions of 16 x 9 x 7 m (l x w x h), appropriate measuring antennas and another necessary test equipment.
