The role

At Cambridge Consultants we help our clients develop breakthrough technology across a broad range of industries including Energy and Industrial, Defence and Security, Consumer, Telecoms, Healthcare and Biotechnology, among various others.

As a Senior Electronics Engineer with an RF focus you will work with our multi-disciplinary project teams to own and solve the electronics aspects of complex technical challenges for a variety of clients within these industries, from start-ups to established multinational organizations and government entities.

You will initially establish yourself as a safe pair of hands delivering electronics designs. While some of your work will involve general-purpose electronics design, you will also be a key specialist for RF design projects.

Key Accountabilities

• System Design: Lead the end-to-end design process for RF systems, including simulation, schematic capture, and PCB layout. Ensure designs meet stringent performance and reliability standards for Q&V band applications.
• Testing and Tuning: Conduct comprehensive lab-based testing and tuning of RF circuits and modules to achieve optimal performance. Utilise advanced measurement techniques to validate system integrity.
